Brief Summary: The objective of this study is to identify the opioid-sparing effects, and pain-reduction potential of low dose, sub-dissociative ketamine on patients undergoing thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) procedures receiving naloxone continuous infusion (NCI).
