Brief Summary: A prospective, double blind, randomised controlled trial to evaluate the effect of ketamine in reducing tourniquet pain for patients undergoing lower limb surgery under spinal anaesthesia.

Secondary Objective To evaluate the effect of ketamine in attenuating TIH for patients undergoing lower limb surgery under spinal anaesthesia.
